Jun 14, 2019 · Coming in from DD-WRT, many people would say that OpenWRT is rather harsh compared because its interface is basic This is a bit odd especially when you consider the fact that OpenWRT was released almost around the same time that DD-WRT was released (15 years ago). This instantly pushes OpenWRT from a free-for-all to an “ideal-for-the-tech Yet Another Monitor (YAMon) records and reports on the traffic (downloads and uploads) for all of the devices connecting to your router. The data is aggregated by hour, day and month (within your ISP billing interval) and can be rolled-up into arbitrary groups (e.g., by family member or by any other logical grouping of devices). Posted: Wed Jun 04, 2008 13:01 Post subject: Bandwidth Graph: I installed the Adobe's SVG plugin and I can see the graph's the status/bandwidth is working. My question is on the Status/Wan tab, I can see the bar graph and the i can see the total traffic,its works. but there total Month bar graph dosen't seem to be recording the amount used each day. DD-WRT has been impressing users since its inception in 2005, and is the go-to alternative router firmware due to its longevity of existence and support of the largest array of devices. Consequently, DD-WRT can claim the largest community of users. It's the backbone of what we do here at FlashRouters.

With the DD-WRT bandwidth monitoring tools, you can check how much bandwidth each device is using at any time. To do so, first enter your router IP address in your browser of choice. It looks similar to this: 192.167.1.1. Then, log in with your router admin details. The DD-WRT default is root (username) and admin (password).
