I don't notice a problem, but I have the network data if that can help figure out why I cannot connect to the web server. I get a RST,ACK immediately so I'm guessing the port is closed and whatever this web server is, isn't being setup. On two of my computers, one runs Windows 7, the other runs Windows 10, neither of them are unable to connect to the VPN server. I have tried clearing cookies and other information, I have reinstalled Opera while deleting all the user data, nothing seems to work.
